We want to understand the developments in the Textile industry in the next 30 years and its impact in India. From creativity and design to consumption, from new business models to finding sustainable solutions in the supply chain and brands which focuses on water efficiency, reduction of chemical use and energy efficiency. Domsjö in Sweden is a part of company Aditya Birla group which has brand LIVA. LIVA use fabric of natural fibers which produced from wood pulp and a natural renewable resource which saves on water. Sustainable textile can be everything from saving space compared to cotton fields, requires less water to produce but also to create a sustainable environment, supply chains. We organise this seminar in collaboration with SIWI.
