	ANDERS GRUNDSTRÖMER is a Master of Business Management. After graduating in 1977, he started his career at SAAB-Car division and held several roles and responsibilities at various levels for over 15 years. In 1992 he joined Scania, and was appointed Regional Sales Director, Nordic and Eastern Region Europe in 1996. Anders took on the challenge to develop Scania distributorship concept in Europe as Managing Director, Scania Czech Republic and Slovakia in 2000, and later as Managing Director of Scania in Netherlands and the BeNeLux Business Unit between 2004 and 2008. He held the position of Executive Regional Director for Western and Southern Europe (WSE) Region in 2008. In the beginning of 2013, Anders was appointed as Managing Director, Scania Commercial Vehicles India and he also serves as Senior Vice President, Scania Group.
	BIRGITTA RESVIK - Fortum Corporation since 2010, Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, Director for Energy and Climate Policies, between 2004- 2010, Association of Swedish Chemical Industries, Director Energy and Climate, between 2000 - 2004 and at the same Association as Communication Director 1995-2000. 	BO NORMARK has about 35 years industrial experience in ABB where he served in many managerial roles with global responsibility. Focus was on power transmission equipment including advanced smart transmission grid technologies such as High Voltage DC (HVDC), Flexible AC Transmission (FACTS) and High Voltage Cables. He was serving in multiple countries such as Sweden, US and Switzerland.
	CECILIA HERTZ - Umbilical Design AB was founded in 2001 by industrial designer Cecilia Hertz, upon graduating from Lund Faculty of Engineering, LTH, in Sweden, and has its inception worked with NASA and the European Space Agency (ESA) on design for the space industry. Umbilical Design AB is contracted by ESA as one of 14 companies in Europe, to develop technology transfer from the space sector to Swedish industry. Umbilical Design is a company with focus on design and architecture for space and extreme environments. One of Umbilical Design’s goals is to facilitate human life by integrating space materials and technologies in everyday consumer products. The Swedish Down to Earth initiative was launched in 2009 to increase the commercialisation rate of space technologies and know-how by developing and using new methods for innovation support, such as Volume Management and Weightless Thinking.
	DIVYA THAKUR is a multi-disciplinary designer, who, through her various endeavours, seeks to create a relevant identity for Indian design – one that is not bound by its origin, medium, or time. Having spent nearly a decade in advertising and design, Divya set up Design Temple in 1999. Since then, her work has shown and retailed at destinations across the globe. Her approach to the retail sector is organic and experimental. Divya’s witty, informative, and impeccably finished products speak a contemporary Indian design language.In 2011, Divya was invited to participate in Wallpaper Handmade* at the Salone Del Mobile, Milan. She was commissioned by the Victoria and Albert Museum, London in 2007; wherein she presented and curated her take on Contemporary India. She has also showcased the unorganized design sector with an exhibition titled Indigenous India in 2004, Milan.
	DR RAJIV I MODI joined the Board of Directors at Cadila Laboratories in 1991. In 1995, he restructured the Company and rechristened it Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited (CADILA PHARMACEUTICALS). Dr Modi actively participates in the proactive development of the state of Gujarat, through the ‘Vibrant Gujarat’ summits. Dr Modi has been the Chairman of CII Gujarat State Council and presently chairs the CII National Committee on Pharma for the year 2014-15. Dr Modi is a member of The New York Academy of Sciences, USA; Genetic Society of America; American Society for Microbiology; Industrial Biotechnology Task Force, New Delhi; Technical Panel on Biotechnology, Gujarat; Indian Chemical Engineer, India and TIFAC. He has also been elected as Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering, New Delhi – an elite academy with prominent industry leaders, academicians and scientists amongst its Fellows.
	Dr Rupali Basu, President and CEO (Eastern Region) of Apollo Hospitals Group, India, is the President of Association of Hospitals in Eastern India, Vice-President of Welfare Society for the Blind, Kolkata, and a member of the CII National and Regional Committees. She is also the Chairperson of Women Empowerment Task Force of CII (ER), Co-chairperson of the Steering Committee in Health, Education and Skill, Government of West Bengal. She is the Editor of a fortnightly Bengali language Women’s magazine ‘Ajker Sampurna’. As a passionate designer, Dr Rupali Basu creates magic in Sarees, the Indian national dress for women.
	DR. CARANI SANJEEVI is a Professor at the Department of Medicine, Karolinska Institute and head of Diabetes-Immunology group at Center for Molecular Medicine, Karolinska University Hospital, Solna. He is also senior advisor to the Innovation Office of the Karolinska Institute. Dr. Sanjeevi serves in the Board of several Life science companies and is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Diamyd AB and Seraxis Inc. He is Visiting Professor in Fudan University in Shanghai and South Central University in Changsha China. He has published more than 145 papers in international peer reviewed journals and edited volumes for New York Academy of Sciences, USA.
	ERIK BRANDSMA is Director General of Swedish Energy Agency. Erik has a MSc in Natural Resources Management, SFU Vancouver Canada, Previous work experience includes Department of Strategic Planning, MInistry of Environment, Netherlands, Advisor Director's Office at Environment Directorate, OECD, Paris and Task Manager Sustainable Consumption & Production at the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development, New York, US. Before joining the Swedish Energy Agency Erik worked as VP Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability at EON AG, Germany and Vattenfall AB Stockholm, Sweden.
	GÖRAN K HANSSON is Professor of Cardiovascular Research at Karolinska Institute and works in the Department of Medicine and the Center for Molecular Medicine at Karolinska University Hospital. Dr Hansson´s research deals with mechanisms of atherosclerosis, the disease that causes myocardial infarction and stroke. He has discovered that inflammation plays a major role in atherosclerosis, and is currently working on prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Dr Hansson is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Nobel Foundation and a member of the Nobel Assembly at Karolinska Institute. From 1 July 2015, he will be the Permanent Secretary of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. He is a member of Academia Europaea and has received several awards for his contributions to medicine.
	HARDEEP SINGH GAREWAL is President, ITC Infotech Ltd., UK and heads ITC Infotech’s European Operations. Garewal joined ITC Limited. in 1988. He spent the first 12 years of his career in the FMCG business, starting off in the trade marketing and distribution function of the tobacco business. Garewal took over as Marketing and India Business Development Head, ITC Infotech, and was later appointed CEO, ITC Infotech Europe. Garewal is a Chemical Engineer with a B.Tech (Hons.) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.
	HARSHBEENA SAHNEY ZAVERI is the Managing Director of NRB Bearings Limited. She graduated with freshman distinction and as a Wellesley Scholar with honors in Urban Studies and Anthropology from Wellesley College, USA. Passionate about quality and design engineering, she spearheaded NRB’s foray into R&D, enabling NRB to become a supplier to the leading engineering brands - Volvo, ZF, Mercedes and Audi. Fortune Magazine has ranked Harshbeena amongst the 15 most powerful Indian businesswomen from 2011-2014. She was awarded The Innovator of the Year (Manufacturing) by International Women’s Leadership Forum in 2012.
	JAN WIDERSTRÖM has worked with Saab in India earlier also from 2008-10 as Chairman. This is hissecond stint in India. Prior to his current role, he was working as Head of Campaigns with SaabDynamics and was responsible for their Campaigns in India.Mr. Widerström has been working with the Defence Industry since the beginning of 1990. He hasworked on various Saab projects in different parts of the world such as Italy, US, Belgium,Singapore, France, Germany and Asia Pacific. He has worked on various positions in Sales &Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Procurement and Program Management.In his current role as Chairman of Saab India, he is responsible for the marketing and businessdevelopment activities of Saab in India.EducationMr. Widerström has an Engineering background with additional Economy and Marketing degrees.
	KANWAL MONGA - A science graduate, commenced business - Virgo at a young age of 20, introduced many pioneering technologies from around the Globe in India in the fields of metallurgy, petrochemicals, electronics, aerospace, communications, Railways etc. Also established joint venture manufacturing facilities in these fields.
	LARS OLSSON has previously worked as CEO of Falbygden Energy and CEO of Gothenburg Energy Networks AB. In 2009, Lars Project Manager for Measurement 2009 and is responsible for replacement of 270,000 meters in Gothenburg, Falbygden and Partille. On Falbygden Energy conducted Lars development projects using funds from the Energy Agency, Elforsk and Göteborg Energi AB (R & D) within the program smart grid innovation and has been active in the field in a number of years. Targeting projects were mainly the connection of renewable energy in the form of wind power and bio energy and energy storage.
	LARS WINTER, A Technical Licentiate from the Royal Institute in Stockholm (KTH) who has been active in different management positions at several of the large Forest Industries in Sweden such as SCA Graphic Papers, M-real (current Metsä Board), Arctic Paper, Holmen Paper and since 2012 CEO of Domsjö Fabriker AB. Lars has been engaged in several different product and process developments for graphical papers and pulps. In Domsjö Fabriker this engagement is expanded to the further development of the multitude of products that are manufactured by the Biorefinery.
	LILA POONAWALLA, Lila is the first women to qualify as a mechanical engineer in 1967. She was the first women Managing Director of the Swedish Multinational engineering company Alfa Laval India and later also CMD of Tetra Pak India. Currently she is on the Boards of many reputed companies in India. She is recipient of many Awards both Indian and international Most important being the prestigious Padmashree, in 1989, by the Indian Government, and International recognition from the King of Sweden in 2003, with the Polar Star Award and named as the Officer of the Royal Order.
	LOTTA AMSÈN, Lotta has a M.A. in Political Science from Uppsala University and has devoted her career to issues related to sustainable development and conditions in production countries. She has experience from the field, first and foremost, from India but has been working with these issues both home and abroad – in both Sweden as well as in Denmark.
	MALIN MENDEL WESTERBERG, Malin Mendel Westberg is a journalist, filmer and writer. From 2005 she is the correspondent in India for Sweden National TV, SVT. Her main focus during her career has been to highlight the situation for women, but her reporting covers everything from finance and politics to sport and cultural news. Malins hobby is to cook different kinds of Indian food and she has released the book “Bombay Takeaway”, with the biggest publishing house in Sweden. In the book she explores the Indian society through food. Malin Mendel Westberg is 42 years old, has a husband and two children. She divides her time between Stockholm and Mumba
	MARIA HELLING holds a degree of M.Sc. in Political Science from Uppsala University and has previously worked as Head of Section at the Division for EU and International Affairs, Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, Sweden. Since 2011, she is the chief executive officer of Swecare Foundation, which promotes the export of Swedish Health care and Life Science. Furthermore, she is also an active board member of the Executive advisory board at the Sweden-India Business Council (SIBC).
	MARIA RANKKA, In 2010 Maria was appointed CEO of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the leading business organization in the Stockholm region. Under Maria's leadership the Chamber has taken bold measures to renew and reenergize the organization. Today the Chamber is regarded as one of the most vital business lobbies in Sweden. Maria is a well regarded opinion leader with vast media experience. She has written several highly profiled books. As the CEO of the Chamber, she has championed the concept of Global Cities and worked to promote a better understanding of the new economic geography.
	MARIE FOSSUM joined Ericsson in November 2014 to head up the global Utilities industry. Prior to joining Ericsson, Marie served as Vice President Solar Business Unit at one of the Nordics’ largest utilities providers, Fortum. With her background in both management consulting and utilities, Marie has extensive experience in business development processes. She is known to be business minded and result oriented. At Ericsson, she leads a global team focused on driving Ericsson’s strategy toward the Utilities industry, leading product and service offering development, and advising and shaping customer opportunities together with sales teams in each region.
	MOHIT BATRA, Founder & CEO of Compass Connexions has been an integral part of the travel industry for 15 years, though working for over 25 years in the service industry. His insight and understanding of the market conditions coupled with his vision saw various travel brands establish successfully in the Indian market
	NAMI ZARRINGHALAM - Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Truecaller. He is the Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder of Truecaller, a mobile app that let’s you see who’s calling and block unwanted calls, and has more than 100 million users globally. Nami oversees long-term partnerships and the development of product road maps to bolster Truecaller’s growth in new and existing markets. Previously, Nami co-founded two startups in Sweden along with his business partner and co-founder of Truecaller, Alan Mamedi. The two companies, Möbeljakt and Jobbigt.se, became the largest search engine for home interiors, and the largest network for employee reviews, respectively.
	NILS VIKMÅNG - State Secretary to Minister for Energy Ibrahim Baylan Ministry of the Environment and Energy. Political appointee at the Government Offices immediately responsible to the Head of the Ministry or other minister for the work of the ministry. Duties include planning and coordination.
	OLOF FAXANDER, Mr Faxander was born in 1970. He holds degrees in materials science and business administration. Olof Faxander´s carreer comprises leading positions in the steel companies Outokumpu Oy 2004-2006 and SSAB between 2006-2011. In 2011, he commenced in his role as President and CEO for Sandvik, a Swedish based, global high-tech and industrial group offering products and services that enhance customer productivity. Sandvik's vision is “We set the industry standard”. The company has approximately 47 000 employees and invoiced sales of 89 billion SEK in more than 130 countries
	PETER BRAMBERG - With more than 30 years’ experience of the medical technology and pharmaceutical industry, Peter has a sustained track record of success in commercial operations, global sales and marketing and product development. He has successfully built up franchises in several therapeutic categories at international level, focusing on ophthalmology for 18 years and odontology and orthopaedics for 10 years. He is a true global marketer with a worldwide network in the life science and financial community. Peter’s management responsibilities have ranged from product and marketing management to CEO level. He worked at Pharmacia from 1982-2000, holding various global business management positions in the pharmaceutical company’s successful ophthalmic business. From 2000-2007 he was CEO of Doxa, a Swedish biomaterial company, and in 2008-2009 he was CEO of Integrum, a Swedish orthopaedic company. Between 2009-2014 Peter was responsible for the Life Science Business Unit first at Invest Sweden and later Business Sweden (The Swedish Trade and Invest Council) Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Uppsala University.
	RAGHUNATH MAHAPATRA has experience in corporate strategy and performance improvement. He is a graduate in engineering with post-graduation in management from XLRI in India and ENPC in France. In a career span of 25 years he has worked in India and abroad with organizations like SAIL, EdF, PWC, Mazars, EY and Welspun. Presently at Welspun Energy, he looks after corporate strategy, policy and program management.
	RAJEEV THOTTAPPILLIL received Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Florida, Gainesville, USA in 1992. After some years of postdoctoral research, he moved to the High Voltage Research Institute at Uppsala University, Sweden in 1995 where he became full Professor in 2000, in the subject area electricity with special emphasis on transients and discharges. Electromagnetics of lightning, effects of lightning on electrified railways, and intentional electromagnetic interference were the major research topics during this time. In 2008, he moved to KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden where he holds the Chair in Electric Power Engineering and Design.
	ROBERT BERQVIST, Compass Connexions is a “Tourism marketing, representation & PR firm based in India. Currently they represent Visit Sweden, Visit Denmark and Visit Norway. The company has previously represented other destinations, Hotel Chains and Attractions from across the Globe.
	SARAH ANWAR, Research on the Swedish labour market, demographic analysis, structural discrimination and diversity to inform training and capacity building. Organise and present conferences, workshops and seminars and lectures on diversity themes. Trainer and process leader on strategic diversity for non-governmental organisation, public sector organisations and private sector companies. Plan, develop and promote our business areas. Build partnerships and co-operations with the public and private sector.
	SUMIT S. JAMUAR serves as Chief Executive Officer of SBICAP (UK) – the UK subsidiary of the investment-banking arm of State Bank of India, the largest commercial bank in India. He was formerly a Banker with Lloyds Banking Group, and prior to that served as Consultant with McKinsey & Company.
	SUSMITA MOHANTY is a spaceship designer and aerospace entrepreneur. She is the CEO of Earth2Orbit, India’s first private start-up and her third venture. Prior to turning entrepreneur, she worked for the Space Station Program at Boeing in California and did a short stint at NASA Johnson. Educated in India, France, and Sweden, Susmita holds multiple degrees including a PhD.
